Car Rental and Airport Transfer Report 2009
22 companies on the Bodrum Peninsula were emailed asking for their prices for a basic car (e.g. Fiat Palio/Albea/Renault Clio) for one week in May, prices should include taxes and CDW. They were also asked for transfer prices from Bodrum Airport, Dalaman Airport, and Izmir Airport to Yalıkavak.
After 2 weeks, 18 companies had replied:
Some quoted in EUR, some in TL, and some in GBP, all prices have been converted to TL using exchange rates current at the time of the reply. Most prices given were the same rates as those given on their websites.

Our advice - stick with a rental or transfer company you trust, but use this table to get better prices from them - if they value your loyalty they should match competitors prices. Don't forget that prices will vary across the season, and that the cheapest supplier in May, may not be the cheapest supplier in August. Also remember that you should expect discounts for long rental terms.
