Part 1, Section 4: Property Prices; How much is a X bedroom property in Y?

So, onto the big question; "How much should I charge for my property with X bedrooms in Y?" Let's try to answer this with our next series of graphs:

OK, let's assume for a moment that we have a 3 bedroom property in Turgutreis. First look at our "3" bedrooms chart (Chart 10), then look for the bar along the bottom which represents Turgutreis properties; now simply follow the bar height over to the scale on the left - you should read a figure around the 200,000 TL mark.

We will look at this question again later in the series once we have a few more pieces of information.
