Bodrum Property Report; 1-7: Properties for sale across Turkey
Now we will take a look at the distribution of For Sale properties across Turkey. From our source at the time of doing the report shows a total of just under 500,000 properties for sale across the whole of Turkey. Although our source does not cover every property for sale (the actually figure will be much higher), we can use the information to show the relative difference between regions of Turkey. Over this section we will break the distributions down - starting by reviewing properties by Turkey's 7 regions, then by provinces, by just the Muğla province, then finally by the Bodrum area.

The natural place to start is looking at the relative distribution of houses for sale across the whole of Turkey, first by Turkey's 7 regions.

Chart 19b clearly shows a majority of properties for sale are in the capital (Ankara), and around the coastal areas of Turkey.
OK, now let's narrow this down further by just the
