Q53: Has anyone started the process of getting their Tapu changed to Kat Mulkiyet? If so, what is the procedure? What documents are required and do they need to be originals or copies? Does the new Tapu have to collected at some future point from the deeds office? As 100,000's of new documents are going to have to be issued, is there going to be a massive backlog??
