Q58: Restarting the Habitation Certifiate process
Q58: I bought my apartment off a builder and received my TAPU in 2006. I also paid the builder to get a Habitation Certificate however, he has now gone bust, and I do not have the certificate! Does anyone know if i can continue the already started process, or If I have to start again, can anyone explain step-by-step as to how I get a habitation certificate?
