Q92:
If a single person owns 3 apartments in a complex (and pays 3x the site fees), In site meetings and votes, are they entitled to have 3 votes or just one?
NEW: A92.1: It all depends on how many there are in total on your site, you cannot hold more than 1/3rd of all votes. i.e. 8 villas you have 3 you can only use 2 votes. It also depends on what is in your Yonetim Plani (Management Plan as these were changed in December 2007 or should have been updated with new laws). --Dawn (Simply Villa Management)
NEW: A92.2: We have 3 villas on a site and as such have 3 votes at the annual-general meetings (have had for 6 years now). I would inagine that flats are the same - you are basically 3 owners. --Ros
NEW: A92.3: Of course if you own them, then 3 votes are yours --Arzu
