Q95: Tapu help needed
Q95: We are currently experiencing problems in obtaining our Tapu and it would seem that taking legal action to obtain a "Temporary Precautionary Measure" on the title deeds will be prohibitively expensive. Is anyone aware of a good solicitor who may charge an affordable rate or, is anyone aware whether there is any way of proceeding with an injunction without the need for a solicitor?
