Q127: Is there a designated area at Bodrum Airport dealing with passengers with wheelchair needs? How do I contact them after my holiday and upon arrival at the airport?

A127.2: Whoever you booked your flight with should be notified that a person with walking difficulties is travelling,that way a wheelchair will be available for you upon arrival etc,If its a Thomas Cook flight then their handling agents are Steelbird so ask when you get to the airport for assistance, but if you notified the booking agent then it should be on your form and wheelchairs etc ready for you. To my knowledge there is no special area for wheelchairs. --Kate
