Q13: Geting from Izmir airport to Izmir Bus station by bus?
Q13: Has anyone found a way to get from Izmir airport to the bus station (and vice versa) without using a taxi?
A13.1: There is a now a bus which runs from Izmir airport to the bus station and vice versa, as for how often - I don't know --Martin
A13.2: There is a Havas bus which runs from Izmir Airport to the bus station for 10TL. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to have a timetable and the driver couldn't give us any information although the person with me was Turkish and asked all the questions. An Atlas Jet and Pegasus flight had arrived at the same time so the bus had enough travellers to fill the bus. --Susan
A13.3: For a cheap transfer that's less hassle, I have used A2B transfers. Although they are a transfer company they are extremely reliable, very very cheap (less than £25 per person), and absolutely fantastic. Although they primarily offer a shared service, they take you door to door and pick you up from wherever you want picking up. I really can’t praise them enough. --Frances
