Q141: I am trying to establish how to define monthly site payments; are there any Turkish laws on how the annual cost of running sites are proportioned? Or is it down to the residents to establish?
A141: The law states that you pay your share of all running costs You work out the amount needed for the year and you you divide the amount by the number of properties each property is liable for their share of costs if you do not pay the committee can charge a fine of 5% per month.
