Fig and Blue Cheese Starter

Ingredients
- 8 washed Fresh Figs
- Blue Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Method
- Heat oven to 200 degrees C, gas mark 6.
- Take 8 ripe figs, Cut a cross in the top of each one and squeeze open.
- Put a cube of blue cheese inside each fig and place figs on a baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes till the figs are hot and the cheese is melting.
- While the figs are cooking make a dressing from equal parts of honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Remove figs from oven and pour over dressing. Serve with crusty bread to mop up the juices.
