Nov 14 Getting from Izmir Bus Station To Izmir Airport

Here's some information on getting from Izmir bus station to the airport (and vice versa of course). Provided by John Lee.

1. Go downstairs in Izmir Otogar (bus station), and get bus to Gaziemir, ask to get off at Tansaş (it was 2TL per person about a month ago and takes roughly 45mins).
2. There is a taxi rank across the road from Tansaş, get one to the airport, (for two people it was 12TL in total).

Reverse this from the airport to the Otogar if there is not a Havaş bus at the airport when you arrive.
